Laura Hendrix Ezell Wins the 2015 Moon City Short Fiction Award
The editors of Moon City Press are pleased to announce the winner of their 2015 Moon City Short Fiction Award. This year’s prize goes to Laura Hendrix Ezell of Cookeville, Tennessee, for her collection, A Record of Our Debts. Laura’s collection will be published by MCP in April, 2016, and she also will receive the $1000 prize! Congrats to Laura!
Bio:
Laura Hendrix Ezell’s work has appeared in Mid-American Review, McSweeney’s, The Kenyon Review, and The Chapbook. She holds masters degrees in Fiction and Library and Information Studies from The University of Alabama. Currently, she is pursuing a Ph.D. and working as an academic advisor in Tennessee, where she lives with her husband, dogs, and new baby daughter.
